Design Challenge

It is generally a task to be completed as a formality and hence, lacks the required engagement from the users. User Interview Findings

62 Interviews across
5 Businesses
6 Functions
01
Contextual
“While I enjoy classroom training but it has to coincide well with my schedule at work, also the subject training suggested by my manager may not be the one I am seeking”
02
Collaborate
“Online trainings are good but whom do I go to if I have questions and genuine queries?? ” There should be some way to connect with experts or mentor regarding the subject matter.
03
Engage & Simplify
“Too many processes to follow if I want to learn myself”, no reminders and notifications”. A lot of learning paths tend to confuse me as there is a lot of content available on each subject matter.
04
Convenience
“I don’t necessarily have a laptop all the time, can it be made available on my phone, Also can I resume it from the place I left it last , in this way I don't have to repeat what I have already completed.”
05
Acknowledge and Motivate
“There should be some certificate/information on course completion, Also I need to know how am I doing against my peers” It is always good to know where you stand amongst the crowd.
